  14. PRIVATE USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  16. MusicEase is a "shareware" program and is provided at no charge to the user 
  17. for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but the MusicEase 
  18. package must be distributed in unmodified, complete form, including all 
  19. associated files as originally distributed. MusicEase may not be 
  20. distributed in conjunction with any other product without the expressed, 
  21. written consent of RMH Computer Services.

  23. If you find this program useful and continue using it beyond the 30-day 
  24. evaluation period, you are required to purchase a fully licensed copy of 
  25. the program. For ordering information, please refer to the REGISTER.TXT 
  26. file included with this package.  For information about dealer pricing, 
  27. site licensing, shipping of product, returns, latest version number or 
  28. technical support call 317-782-9903 or write to RMH Computer Services 
  29. directly.

  31. The registration fee will grant a usage license for one copy of MusicEase 
  32. for use on any one computer at any one time.  You must treat this software 
  33. just like a book. For example, this software may be used by any number of 
  34. people and may be freely moved from one computer location to another, so 
  35. long as there is no possibility of it being used at more than one location, 
  36. or by more than one person, at any one time. Just as a book cannot be read 
  37. by two different persons at the same time.

  39. Non-registered users of MusicEase are licensed only to use the program on 
  40. an evaluation basis for the sole purpose of determining whether or not it 
  41. meets their requirements. This evaluation period shall be 30 days. All 
  42. other use requires registration. The shareware/evaluation version of this 
  43. product is fully functional during the stated evaluation period. After 30 
  44. days of unregistered use, the registration reminder screens will change. 
  45. After 90 days of unregistered usage, the printing functions will no longer 
  46. be available. And after 120 days of unregistered usage, the program will 
  47. cease to function.

  49. Commercial users of MusicEase must register and pay for their copies of 
  50. MusicEase within 30 days of first use or their license is withdrawn.  
  51. Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting RMH Computer Services.

  53. You are encouraged to pass a copies of the complete MusicEase package along 
  54. to your friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their 
  55. copy if they find that they can use it.

  57. U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. 
  58. Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall 
  59. be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial computer 
  60. software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical 
  61. Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
